The Firm regularly defends and prosecutes intellectual property, in both state versus the USPTC . The firm's lawyers also have extensive experience in actions before the International Trade Commission concerning complex technologies and other intellectual property in a variety of industries and in anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy actions in the U.S. and international arenas. Utilizing a team approach on most matters, the Firm often takes a lead role in the coordination of intellectual property issues for clients, including working with a client's line business personnel on specific issues that may have an impact on the preservation and enhancement of intellectual property rights. This includes both domestic and international coordination of intellectual property protection and licensing.
