Schedule
The
following schedule is our standard legal fees for frequent tasks
such as filing patent applications.
The
amounts below do not include U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
fees, and additional charges may apply when an unusual amount
of work is required.
Our
charges for other legal services such as drafting applications,
responding to Office Actions, and performing validity and infringement
studies are based on the amount of time involved and the billing
rates of the attorneys involved.
The
fees are effective December 1, 1999 and are subject to
change.
